How to take

From what age? From 3. Children aged 3 to 8 take one gummy a day; children over 8 take two.

Why do older children take two? Each gummy is dosed for a younger child, with most nutrients at 7.5 to 25% of the adult reference intake. Two gummies simply double that for a bigger child. Stay at the stated dose.

Is it sugar free? No. Each gummy contains 1.63g of sugar, under half a teaspoon, from sugar, glucose syrup and grape juice concentrate; there are no artificial sweeteners.

Is it vegan? Yes. The gummies are set with pectin, not gelatin, and the vitamin D is D2 (ergocalciferol) rather than an animal-derived D3.
